I'm so sorry i didn't post more often in 2010, part of the reason is that i had to sign out of my youtube account every time in order to sign in this blog and after i post stuff i had so sign back in youtube again... so it's really not the most effective way for me and that's why i decided to make a new blog page that connect to my youtube account, so it's much easier for me to update my blog:) And in 2011, i will try to post more often and if you guys have any suggestions or advices, please feel free to let me know, i'm always here to listen! At last, i want to say thank you again to all of you!!! I love you guys!!! And i'll try to be better in 2011 ! Please follow my new blog and stay with me:)

Run To CVS, BIG Makeup SALE 50% -- 75% OFF!

Hi everyone, i got the news yesterday and i was so excited and i went to two different CVS, they hadn't put out the sale marks yet...lol.... the lady works there told me "i have 25 pages of stuff to mark"...hey good for us :P So today i went to another CVS and the beauty section was on the back and there were not so many ppl there yet, and there're LOTS of beauty items marked as 75% off !!! that means you get four of the same items for the price of one item:) ok now i'm going to share with you guys what i got:)

Ok here are all the products i got and now i have individual pix .. i saved like $100 today and i spent only $30 for ALL THOSE !

Ok first are two L'oreal Hip Eyeshadows. It opens both sides, one side is the duo eyeshadow and
the other side is a mirror and a sponge brush.

The eyeshadow is very smooth and pigmented, i can't believe it and it has a
subtle shimmer in it, i should have got FOUR !!! well i might come back
there tomorrow and get two more:)

First one is like a shimmery forest green color and the other one is a VERY PREETY
shimmery bronze color!!!

These are four different colors of Rimmel lipgloss, they're all very juicy and watery, and smell like

candy...lol....the one on the right is "cookie" and it does smell like a chocolate cookie:P

Relvon Lipstick, my love !!! this color is called "paparazi pink" i think? and i haven't
put it on my lips yet , but it looks like a pretty color:P

I have some loose powders but i felt like i needed more..lol...this one looks pretty cute
but when i opened it, i was a little disappointed cos it didn't include a puffy cotton pad like
it had on the cover:P but except for that, it's all right, the powder is very fine and smooth but
it kinda smells strong...lol....

All right guys, that's all i got from CVS, you might see the sally beauty bobby pins in the
pix too, yeah i got those cos they come with a metal box and it would be less
messy if i bring bobby pins with me travelling in the future:P

Today is New Year Eve, i wish you all the best in the coming new year and wish you all dreams
come true !!! i will always be the CeCe i'm used to be:) and i will try my best
to be better :)

I love Revlon nail polishes, it has a lot of choice of colors and different
finishes, so if they're on sale for 75% off , i have to get them:)

I've ever tried these Rimmel eyeshadow pencil before, but i did some
swatches on my hand, they're very shimmery and pretty and creamy!!!
kinda like NYX jumbo pencils but with more shimmers in it:) They could
be used alone or as a base for the eyeshadow:)

This is the HIP loose pigment, i tested it out when i came back home,
omg i LOVE the color!!! it looks like a lime green color,but when i applied it
on my eyes, it reflects a very pretty gold shimmer... love love love!

HIP again:) this is a highly pigmented gloss, the color shows very well
and last very long! and not as sticky as MAC lipglosses...lol....

Holiday Bling Bling Princess Makeup Tutorial -- Too Face Enchanted Glamourland

Hi everyone:) Christmas is just around the corner, i wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year !!!

I created this bling bling princess makeup look for you guys, it's super shiny and cute:) I wore my Minnie santa hat from Disneyland store and the cute santa cat earrings from Kmart (It's actually my first time to Kmart...and can you believe i did that when i was in Hawaii? haha yeah i know it's stupid:) i ended up buying some christmas earrings:P) And i feel like a santa princess:) Hmmm, perhaps that's a better title for my video? Santa Princess?LOL... I tried not to fast forward in this video, so you guys can see better of each step:) and i also changed a Mic,so it doesn't sound like a robot:P i tried to find the setting for the old Mic, i guess it's just with a built-in robot voice:P As for the lighting, it was very gloomy that day, so i used a lighted mirror, i think it makes everything look more clear:) Ok i should stop babbling, just hope you guys would enjoy this tutorial and i will see you guys in my next video:)

Hawaii Vacation Haul & Condo Tour

Hi Everyone, finally i got to show you what i got from Hawaii:) (all those are just for me, we also got some coffee and souvenirs for friends and families which i didn't show in the video) As you can see i love the jewelries there, they're so unique and pretty :) I still wear them all the time:) I know it's not like a huge haul cos our luggages were about to be over the limit and we couldn't pack any more stuff in:( I love everything i got, they're so precious to me and they just remind me of the great experience in Hawaii:) I'm looking forward to coming back there some day and perhaps next time i will remember to pack less "junk" in my suitcase:P

And yes, i added the condo tour at the end of this video since the Hawaii adventure part 2 was already too long, hope you enjoy the video and my next video will be Kim Kardashian Inspired Makeup Tutorial :)

Hi Everyone,so this is the part 2 of my trip to Hawaii. It's a little longer cos i had to look through hundreds of clips and combine them together:) That's why i didn't do a condo tour at the end, don't want to make it any longer. I will include the condo tour at the end of my Hawaii haul video or make a seperate video:)

I had a great time in Maui too, it's more commercialized than Kauai, and there're so many to see! I put together the highlights of the trip and hope you guys enjoy it:) have a great holiday!

Follow CeCe To Hawaii -- part1. Kauai

Hi Everyone! Finally i got a chance to update my blog:) There were so many things to catch up with when i came back, but now i feel like everything is back to normal:)

It's a 5 hours' flight to Kauai, it was dark when we got there, we were both very tired:P Good thing i slept for a while on the plane,and also watched a movie that i wanted to see in the theater "Despicable Me"(it was pretty funny,but it's not a movie that i would want to see over and over again) It was a pretty small airport and there's only one main road on the island, that saved us from bringing a portable GPS, but it was very hard to make a turn or merge into the traffic. We found a SafeWay on the way to the condo and the grocery there was like twice as expensive as the grocery here... i guess we're paying for the shipping? Oh i forget the first impression of the island is "it is so humid". Actually it's what i'm used to, i like humid weather, except that you might need to take showers all the time during summer, it does keep your skin moisturized !
Ok now i'm going to talk about what we did on the island:)

1. Waimea Canyon Lookout and the NaPali Coastline. It took about one day to do that cos the road was really narrow in the canyon and it has so many sharp turns and stuff, you might want to stop once in a while to take a nice pix of the scenery, i guess that's what made the driving longer :P When you get there, you would see some spectacular stuff !!! if you're a professional photographer,you will definitely get some great shots! we were pretty lucky cos most of the time the mountain top would be covered with fog and rain and it's really hard to see anything. The day we went there, it's very clear :)

2. Horseback Riding & Zipline. This is on my wishlist of things to do in Hawaii :) i know it sounds weird cos most ppl would want to do snorkling,surfing and other water activities there, but i can't swim :( I don't know i guess i just don't feel comfotable in the water. Ok back to topic, i had a great time riding the horse:) it was easier than i thought but was still very bouncy:) i've heard that riding a horse can tighten your legs:) so that's a big plus:) I only wish they could allow us to go faster than just "walking", that would be fun, well not really cos when my horse started to run, i did get freaked out, lol...Now about the Zipline, it might look very scary, cos you have to be so high up in the air and it could be very fast (well depending on your weight ), that's why i screamed the first time, and believe me, every one there kinda expected me to scream, so why not just do it, lol... Best Advice, just relax and enjoy the ride,it's very safe and stable and you would feel like you were a bird:)

there's a rainbow in the pix,i know it's hard to tell but it's really pretty in person and i love rainbows:)

3.Sunset Dinner Cruise. I have to admit that it feels so different when you're on a boat in the ocean, it took me a while to settle down and get used to the waves. It's better just to stand up so that you can see the waves coming up and get prepared for it :) We were pretty lucky cos the water was very calm, we even got very close to the caves and waterfalls,so that's good:) And of course i enjoyed watching the sunset:)

4.Food & Shopping. Well we didn't get to a Luau, but i had some curry chicken and some kinda duck (yeah,i love eating meat:) and i love their fruits the most:) i had a bowl of freah fruit every morning, that's the best !!! As for the shopping, i love walking around their gift shops and i did find something i like, perhaps i should do a video? well just let me know:)

Hi Everyone , So finally i got the courage to wear a blonde wig and do a barbie doll tutorial :D (just kidding :) the truth is it took almost a month for me to get the wig i ordered online :( that's why i had to do it after halloween ... But the good thing is you don't have to wear this look only for halloween , it's fun to wear it when you go out with friends or go to a party (not the wig though lol....) . Sexy & Sparkly Leopard Look -- Electric Zoo Contest (Michelle Phan)

Hi Everyone , I created this sexy and sparkly leopard makeup look for michelle phan's electric zoo contest :) (of course it's also a great look for halloween !) In order to fit in with the "electric" Theme, I added some sparkle using two colors of glitters , it looks so so pretty and sparkly in person :) I also did very bold looking lips , and of course if you prefer a softer looking , you can always skip the black lip liner and use a soft pink lipstick instead :) I didn't wear contacts this time cos i had some infections in my right eye :P , so finally you guys got to see my real eye color ...lol.... I wore this makeup when i went to disneyland yesterday and i got so many compliments ...they thought i had my face painted in disneyland :) that's so cool !

Do Not Use In The Area Of The Eye

So I'm just writing this to let you guys get more careful while playing with makeup :P
As you know , i got some halloween makeup few weeks ago (in my collective drugstore haul video) , and thought it would be nice if i could use any of those in my halloween makeup tutorial (in this case ,it's the marie cat makeup tutorial) , then it will be easy to find at your local drugstore and not that expensive , so when i was filming my Marie Cat inspired makeup tutorial the other day , i was testing out different makeups on my right eye (i always do my right eye first and then demo the makeup on the left eye) , And after i applied the painter's palette from fantasy makers .. i just felt a little uncomfortable , so i stopped using it and i didn't use it on my left eye afterwards (of course i didn't read the sign about not using it in the area of the eye) . And for the rest of the day i didn't pay too much attention to it , and then all the sudden , i felt this pain in my right eye constantly ...and it even gave me a headache ... and it had been that way for a few days ...so the day before yesterday i went to the doctor's and they checked my eyes and i told them about the makeup i used , they were teasing "most ppl wouldn't feel any difference , i guess you're just too sensitive and you can't use cheap makeup " , yeah after adding the doctor's visit bill ($100) and the medicine bill (it's ridiculous $70 for 5ml),it's the most expensive one piece makeup i've ever got ..lol..... Anyway i did learn from this lesson , and i hope you guys would never go through this !

This is my favorite character from a Disney cartoon "AristoCats" (as you can see from the intro clip) , her name is Marie , she is such a cutie and sweetie !!! and they were singing Everybody Wants To Be A Cat , i was like "hey that's it , i will do a marie cat tutorial cos everybody wants to be a cat " haha .... Anyway that's a little BG for you guys , and i know there're so many ppl on youtube doing "scary" makeup tutorials like zombies or evil queen or bloody vampire , that's why i want to do something different , something that's cute and fun and could be sexy yet not that scary ...lol.... Hi Everyone , so i've been planning on doing a halloween makeup tutorial for a while and it always takes so long for my stuff to ship here :P ... i don't want a week to go by w/o putting up a video , SO i decided to do a collective drugstore haul and mini review for you guys , i didn't get all the stuff on one day , kinda like two or three seperate purchases :) (and i returned lots of the stuff i got such as the L'real True Match Foundation , so the stuff i mentioned in the video are the things that i'm keeping :)I've been trying out lots of drugstore products recently cos lots of you guys wanted me to do some makeup looks using just drugstore products or recommend some great drugstore products , so i decided to try them out first myself , and quite frankly , i'm in love with lots of their products !!! The actually video is longer than this , i had to delete and combine some of the clips to make it shorter cos i don't want you guys to get "bored" ...lol... but the stuff i mentioned in this video are the most important items for me , the ones i deleted are like random items and babbling ...lol.... i got this at walgreen , and i was thinking about using it for halloween tutorial ,but it's kinda sticky and not that smooth , and the color doesn't show very well .

ok i got these two L'oreal nail polish cos they're on sale , so i wanted to try them out ,but they're not
that great cos you can't apply them on your nails right away , always have to wait for them get dry ....or it will get very messy :P but the "quick dry" does work :)

Another thing i got for halloween :) i like this one better than the other glitter palette cos it's very smooth and creamy , and you can mix the colors to get your own color :)

A Day At Hollywood :)

Yeah finally i got to see Hollywood ...lol...i went to a restaurant called Kabuki , it's pretty cool and i ordered a lunch set that comes with teriyaki chicken and shrimp and fried veggies and three california rolls and rice and salad and soup ...whew ,it's a LOT ! but they're all in very small containers haha ....
And then i got to hang around , saw some tourist shops and clothing stores and stuff .... i wore a blue dress cos i think we should dress up if we go to the theater (even though i did see people with shorts ...lol...) . and i liked the musical !!! it's very touching for me , but i do prefer the movie better cos they have better voices ..lol....and another thing i hope it can change a little bit is the time, the muscial started at 8:00 pm , it's almost my bedtime ...lol...and i had to hold my yawns through the musical ...haha just kidding , anyway hope you like the outfit :)

REVIEW: Coastal Scents Palettes & Lip Pencils (100% Genuine)

Hi Everyone , so i've heard tons of people raving about Coastal Scents Products (i guess either different people have different opinions on "great quality eyeshadow" or some people didn't give the honest reviews ...) , and i decided to try it myself . The shipping is very fast and all the products are very carefully wrapped with fluffy bubbles . And i was so excited when i got my combo set 1 (including two palettes) and two lip pencils !!! i did a fall glam makeup tutorial using their 88 metal mania palette , it's usable and wearable and it's esp. good for people just like to test out different colors and try out different looks and play with the colors ,but i wouldn't say it's very pigmented ... and if you're looking for good quality eyeshadow , i wouldn't recommend their palettes to be honest .... and the eyeshadow pans in the palette keep falling out and it freaks me out ...lol.... BUT i do love their lip pencils ,they're very smooth and pigmented and very easy to use and the color shows up very nice !!! that's a big thumb up !!! Hi everyone , ok today i want to do sth different for you guys --- A nail polish review !
I don't really wear nail polish very often (i've heard people saying that it's not good for your nails , blah blah ), when i was in China , i went to nail salon a lot , cos i know where they are and it's faster (cos they're lots of customers)and more styles to choose from , i tried nearly everything out there , it does make my nails look more fancy ! i like using nail extensions too ,but the bad thing is my nails breaks very easy ...and that could be painful sometimes ...lol.... So now here i am , doing nails myself (well , it's more flexible , you can do your nails whenever you want and you can choose any style and have fun with DIY )

Ok so today i used 10 different nail polishes , and i'm going to explain while you're looking at the pix :)

Ok i got this nail polish when i was in LA county Fair , it's very cheap , i think it's 3 for $5 ? so i also got two other colors . Anyway i've never heard of the brand before (KleanColor?),but if you check out their website ,they carry lots of different makeups too ...but i'm not that happy with the nail polish ,i guess you get what you pay for ..lol...it's kinda watery and the color doesn't stay very long :P

Ok so they're both Milani Nail Polish , and you can get them at the local drugstores , they're $4.99 each , i got them when it's on sale for "buy one get one 50% off" . And i got them b/c i do love their lip products (i will upload a top 10 drugstore lipsticks video soon :) , so i wanted to give their nail polish a try ...but it didn't turn out as good as i thought it would be ...it's kinda watery , but it does gives you a nail a nice color , for the price , really can't ask for more ?

Ok this is another drugstore brand that i really like !!! and it's the same price as Milani one -- $4.99 each ,but it's not on sale when i got it ...lol... i guess the reason is b/c the nail polish has a very good quality , i like it better than the milani ones !!! it's not as watery and the color stays on very well :) thumbs up !

This is another drugstore brand that i like !!! their nail polishes have a different brush design which i like even more cos it gives you a better control and the color goes on really nice and dense !!! i don't remember the exact price ,but i think it's around $4 , i got them a while ago ..so .... but i'm really in love with their nail polishes !!!

Covergirl ! i don't really have a lot of their makeups ... but i did a makeup look featuring their eyeshadow quad a while ago , i do like their eyeshadows , i got their nail polishes cos i really like this pink color , it turns out to be really good !!! i love how it looks on my nails and the nail polish is very dense and stays on pretty long :) and i think it's under $5 , i got them at Target :)

Ok it's Nicole by O.P.I , i guess that's why it's more pricy than other drugstore nail polishes (i got it for around $7) , the quality is fine ,it's just i don't really like how it turns out on my nails ... if you let me choose any drugstore nail polish, i would definitely go with rimmel, covergirl or revlon :)

China Glaze , very good quality , i got them at Ulta when they were on sale ($4.99 each) , their nail polishes have a wide variety of colors , and it adds natural shine to your nails (most nail polishes make your nails look dull ) so i definitely recommend China Glaze , and i found a website that carry their nail polishes ,and they're all for very low price , check it out

My friend Kalki made it for me !!!(http://www.youtube.com/user/KalkiKalyani) He's spent like more than a week edit and make the BG .... and we've been sending msg back and forth to make subtle changes to the BG and make sure that everyone is happy with it , and finnaly we're done today !!!!!!!!!!!!! so happy !!! and i'm so so thankful that he would be willing to spend so much time on it !!!! i appreciate it so so much !!! i'm so lucky to have a friend like that ! i like the all the glitters and shinny stars in it and i like how he faded my pix away in the BG and how he added my channel's URL and theme on the two sides ..lol...and if you look closer , you will find my pix and "CeCe's Castle" in the display video's description bar ..lol.... that's perfect !!! i'm kinda speechless now ..lol... never thought i would change my BG .... and then one day an angel came and helped me ....lol...

Hi Everyone , Want to know what day is it today ??? yeah it's Chinese traditional Festival -- Mid-Autumn Day /中秋節 (Zhong Qiu Jie) , i'm so excited ..lol...cos on this special occasion , we would have three days off shool or work , and families get together and eat mooncakes !!! we also have different shows on TV or in the streets to celebrate this day ...lol.... I love mooncakes , there're so many different varieties .... as you can see in the pix in my video ..lol.... i haven't tried every kind yet ,but once i tried a mooncake with abalone in them ....SO TASTY !!! and i did try to find mooncakes in the Chinese market here , but they don't taste as good ... I miss China and miss my friends and relatives there ... hope they can feel me and hear my prayers for them ... HAPPY MID-AUTUMN DAY (祝大家中秋快樂!)

I mentioned this cleanser in my Junes hits&misses and i ordered it on ebay ,it's around $12

It's a brand in China and i really like it !!! but too bad i put it in my suitcase and the top was broken on the plane .

This one is also from China , it's much cheaper than the other ones but the reason i like it is b/c it's super natural and doesn't irritate my skin and very moisturizing !!!

CeCe's little project today ...lol....

So let me start with my "project" ..lol --- as you could tell by most of my videos that the lighting is not the best and that's what i was trying to improve over the last few weeks ...so i was thinking about changing to an upstairs room which has a very good natural light with two windows into a "youtube video" or an entertainment room cos it does have the dancing wood floor and mirror in there . SO i've been trying to find some furnitures and stuff to decorate the room , and i went to office depot the other day , got a pink chair and a desk (haven't installed yet ..lol..) and some draw shelf for my makeup storage . and i really got a pretty good deal , the chair and the draw shelf is $39.99 and the desk is around the same price too . i'm pretty happy about all of them !!! and today i tried to install the pink chair , it took a little time ,but i did it !!! and it looks lovely !!! oh and i also got my tropical hello kitty a pink bow and the white one another outfit ...lol...it looks cute !!!

Actually this whole morning , i had been a dog sitter ...lol... my sister has two golden retrievers , they're ADORABLE !!! and i love them a LOT !!! i help my sister wash the dogs every week and then we walk them and brush them ...lol... they're pretty spoiled ...someday i have to take a video of them haha .

Ok just want to talk with you guys and let you know what i've been doing , and yes i just got a contacts lenses shipping comfirmation today (which is like a week from when i ordered them ...yeah i know ...pretty slow ) and it will take another week or so ... SO i decide to make another video before i get the contacts , i'm thinking about doing my first skin care video ...lol...it will be different from what other people made and hopefully you guys will like it ...lol... Ok everyone , i've been talking too much and let's have a rest and see the lovely pix ..lol...

Whew , i just finished editing the new outfit haul video .... i think you guys will like it !!! at least i hope so ..lol... i got a SUPER good deal at Kohl's , cos all the items i got were on sale and i had a coupon for 15% off and another coupon for $10 off when you spend $20 or more ....and kohl's allow me to use two coupons at the same time , hooray !!! (i'm not paid by kohl's to do this , they don't even know me wah wah :(   )
Anyway i love all those outfit i got !!! they're so cute and i will be wearing them a LOT !!!

Ok i don't usually complain about stuff ...but this time it's kinda out of control...
So like i mentioned in my "would u rather beauty tag" video that i ordered some new contact lenses , i was so so excited cos after i get those new lenses , i would do a japan & korea celeb inspired look ... i chose the Lenscircle.com cos i always heard good reviews about it and i like their lovely bags that come with the lenses ... and that's about two weeks ago ... and the first email i got from them is to tell me that the lenses i ordered were OUT OF STOCK ... it's like a big surprise to me .... what don't u show sth on ur website that's out of stock and i wasted a few days just to wait for nothing ? But i decided to give it another try , so i ordered something different you know , just to see if they have those lenses instead .... and i had been waiting for the shipment for about one week ... and then i noticed that the credit card has never been charged ....So i wrote to them , they told me "sorry but the contact lenses you ordered were OUT OF STOCK..." ARE U KIDDING ? what kind of website is that ??? i'm totally frustrated .... it's not about the money ...it's about all these time i've been waiting .... and TIME IS MONEY !!! Anyway , i just want you guys to know about it and don't make the same mistake i made ...and ordered it from somewhere else .

Great Friday at the Fair

OMG it's the first time for me to go to the Fair and i'm totally blown away .... there're so many things to see ... we went to the pig racing show , Farms (lots of cows and goats and pigs and sheep there:) , and all the stand shops , food stands ... oh ,the best is the hypnotizing show .... oh you guys have to see that ...it's SO COOL ...people would dance and sing and do crazy stuff ...they would imagine they're stars ... that's so FUNNY .... i would want to try that myself sometimes ... see what i would do ..lol....but i'm afraid my mind is too stubborn . Oh i got a very lovely ring there , i LOVE IT ..it's so shinny and precious ... i also got a belly dancing accessory , you know ,just to wrap around ur waist while your shaking your belly ,that would make u have more feelings . Oh i also got a surprise this morning from my husband ...a LE hello kitty stuff animal ...i wanted it so bad when i saw it at the disneyland the other day ... and i know i already have lots of stuffed animal ... but you know the hello kitty is cute !!!!
